To automate digital debt collection and to drive the users to CTA as quick as possible.
Solution
Our team developed a Digital Collections Platform that provides users with a secure, automated system for managing upcoming payments. This platform includes various options for making payments, setting up payment arrangements, and establishing debit orders. To ensure a seamless experience, we integrated tools such as WhatsApp, scheduled calls, and chat functionality, enabling users to communicate with agents as needed. With these features, our platform ensures timely and accurate payment management, while providing users with a range of flexible options for staying on top of their financial obligations.
